GST formed a strategic alliance with Shanghai Richina Leather (SRL) in January '04 and followed with a joint venture in 2009. SRL is a renowned supplier of premium leather products for the shoe, upholstery and garment industries and is located in metro Shanghai. They provide GST with re-tanning and finishing services for our automotive requirements in the Asia region in a new state-of-the-art facility that was opened in October '04. A very experienced international management team leads the effort in our automotive facility. |

A strategic partnership was formed in 2001 for Genfort to provide cutting services to GST for our Asia-based customers.Henceforth this relationship evolved into a GST WOFE in 2005 and GST now employs over 300 associates in this facility. |
